Learning and Development Manager

About the job Job Title: Learning & Development Manager Experience: 7+ years Location: Greater Noida Design and deliver end‑to‑end leadership development programs across levels, including flagship initiatives (FTM, leadership assimilation, customized BU programs) Partner with BU Heads, Delivery Leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify leadership gaps and co‑create relevant learning solutions Curate high‑impact leadership content and learning journeys using blended formats (LMS, virtual, experiential, coaching) Drive program governance and execution across geographies, including vendor and faculty management Define, track, and report learning impact and effectiveness metrics Continuously enhance programs through feedback, innovation, and evolving business needs. Education MBA / Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with significant exposure to leadership development programs Experience working in IT / Technology / Global organizations preferred Certification in leadership facilitation, coaching, or psychometric tools is an added advantage
