Lead Software Engineer / DevOps

$60 - $75 This client is looking for a Lead Software/DevOps Engineer to join their high-performing trading platform team. Located in downtown Boston, this is a contract-to-hire role requiring 4 days onsite per week. This company is a large global investment management firm that provides asset management services to various client bases.

In this role, you will design platforms while driving DevOps best practices across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and production reliability. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also mentor other engineers and support their growth.

Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps Strong experience with Infrastructure as code, Terraform or CloudFormation Excellent programming skills in Java and Python Experience in building and managing AWS platforms Strong experience managing CI/CD systems, using applications such as GitHub or Jenkins.
