As a front-line Hunter, you will generate high-value opportunities, build strong entry relationships with brands, and enable the Brand Solutions team to close and scale partnerships. Weโ€™re growing fast and looking for someone who can help expand our footprint by bringing in the right conversations and opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities Opportunity Generation Identify, prospect, and qualify new brand clients aligned with our offerings Own the early sales cycle: lead generation, cold outreach, and securing first meetings Hand over well-qualified opportunities to the Brand Solutions team with clear client context Market & Industry Expertise Stay updated on influencer marketing and creator economy trends, competitors, and brand spend patterns Deeply understand our services and solutions to position them effectively against client needs Network-Led Growth (PAN India) Leverage a strong existing network of marketing leaders and decision-makers Drive focused growth across North, West, and South markets (travel as needed) Represent the company at industry events and networking forums Pipeline & Reporting Maintain a strong pipeline and track prospects in the CRM Share regular updates on opportunities, activities, and market insights Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within digital, media, ad-tech, or influencer marketing Strong existing network of senior brand-side marketing decision-makers Solid understanding of influencer marketing solutions and brand challenges A true hunter mindset - proactive, target-driven, and persistent Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
