Website Link: https://www.jiraaf.com/ Role Overview: This role will be responsible for driving business growth in fixed-income products by building and managing relationships with HNI, corporate, and institutional clients. In addition to individual contribution, the role will lead a team, drive productivity, and scale revenue through structured sales practices.
The incumbent will actively promote fixed-income investment solutions, including listed bonds, fixed deposits (FDs), and digital bond platform offerings (including OBPP), while ensuring strong alignment with market trends and client needs. A deep understanding of platforms like Jiraaf and similar fixed-income marketplaces is expected to deliver curated investment solutions . Key responsibilities: Business & Revenue Growth: Drive overall sales numbers and revenue growth for fixed-income products (listed bonds, FDs, OBPP offerings).
Own and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and referrals. Client Management: Build and manage a strong portfolio of HNIs, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
Offer customized fixed-income investment solutions based on client requirements and risk appetite. Strengthen and deepen existing relationships to drive repeat business and client retention. Team Leadership & Productivity: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers/sales professionals.
Drive team productivity through structured pipeline management, daily tracking, and performance reviews. Enable the team with product knowledge, sales strategies, and market insights. Product & Platform Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of fixed-income products, including: Listed corporate bonds Fixed Deposits (FDs) OBPP (Online Bond Platform Providers) Digital platforms like Jiraaf (fractional bond investing, curated debt opportunities, structured credit products, etc.) Stay updated on product developments, regulatory changes, and market movements.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with research, product, and compliance teams to deliver insights-driven solutions. Contribute to product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). 10- 12 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory, with strong exposure to fixed-income products.
Prior experience in team handling and driving sales productivity is essential. Strong understanding of bonds, fixed-income securities, OBPP frameworks, and capital markets. Familiarity with platforms like Jiraaf or similar digital fixed-income marketplaces is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading from the front. This position will report to Chief of Growth
