From our offices in Dallas, Frisco, Houston, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica, each of our leaders brings large-firm experience and business acumen to a smaller-firm environment of agility and efficiency.Why join us?Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off (PTO) and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesJob DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office and represent clients in the full spectrum of construction disputes.Job Description:* Handle complex construction litigation matters including contract disputes, delay and scheduling claims, lien and bond claims, insurance coverage issues, and related commercial litigation.* Represent contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.* Draft and negotiate construction contracts and provide proactive counsel on risk management and project performance.* Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.* Collaborate with experts, consultants, and project stakeholders to develop and execute case strategy.Qualifications:* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.* Active Texas Bar membership in good standing.* 2+ years of construction litigation experience, preferably with exposure to both private and public projects.* Strong knowledge of Texas lien laws, bond claims, and construction contract provisions.* Proven courtroom and arbitration experience, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.* Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.Interested in hearing more?
