What success looks like in this role You will lead a kitchen that delivers consistent, high-level execution night after night. You will build a team that is trained, accountable, organized, and proud of the food they send out. You will create systems that keep service sharp, prep tight, inventory controlled, and the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for anything.
You will help turn a busy restaurant into a more disciplined, more efficient, and more dependable operation without losing the soul that makes it special. What you’ll own You’ll oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the BOH team through prep, service, and closing with clarity and urgency. You’ll train and coach the team so standards are understood, followed, and consistently improved.
You’ll protect food quality, consistency, and presentation at every station. You’ll manage ordering, inventory, and food cost with the goal of keeping the kitchen both well-stocked and financially disciplined. You’ll maintain cleanliness, organization, and health code compliance at a level that reflects a serious professional kitchen.
You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to create smooth, connected service and a better guest experience. Who will thrive here You’ve led kitchens before and know how to earn respect without creating chaos. You’re organized, fast, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
