As a Junior TechOps Consultant, youâll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our flagship technology solutions to enterprise clients. Working alongside seasoned professionals, youâll gain handsâon experience with web technologies, client integrations, and product supportâmaking this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a global technology environment.
Responsibilities Monitor client activity across TransPerfectâs technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and elevate to engineering teams when needed. Assist the sales team in earlyâstage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions. Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans.
Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and webâbased tool integrations. Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations. Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfectâs tools and technologies.
Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements. Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability. Required Skills And Experience 1â2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or partâtime work included).
Handsâon experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services. Passion for technology, problemâsolving, and working with clients. Basic understanding of web technologies and system integration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Wellâorganized, reliable, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) Bachelorâs degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field. Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions. Comfortable working across time zones and in diverse teams. Detailâoriented, proactive, and able to work independently when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
