Position Overview As an Ad Operations / Campaign Management Intern, you will work closely with the AdOps team to learn how programmatic campaigns are planned, set up, monitored and reported on through Aroscop DSP. This role is designed for students or early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to digital advertising, campaign execution, reporting, quality checks and data analysis. You will support the team on day-to-day operational tasks while building a strong foundation in programmatic advertising.

What Are the Responsibilities? • Support the AdOps team in campaign setup, trafficking and basic QA on Aroscop DSP under supervision. • Assist in preparing campaign inputs such as targeting details, creative details, tracking requirements, audience files and reporting formats. • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and basic performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, completion rate and viewability. • Help create daily or periodic campaign reports and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets. • Support data checks, file formatting, naming hygiene, screenshot documentation and campaign launch checklists. • Learn the basics of programmatic advertising, DSPs, exchanges, ad formats, targeting, brand safety and campaign KPIs. • Coordinate with internal team members for missing inputs, approvals, reporting data and troubleshooting support. • Document learnings, process notes and recurring issues to help improve team workflows. What Is Required from You? • Currently pursuing graduation or recently completed graduation in any relevant stream such as Marketing, Business, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, Mass Communication or a related field. • Good written and spoken English. • Strong willingness to learn digital advertising, programmatic campaigns and campaign operations. • Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, simple formulas and formatting. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to follow checklists, ask the right questions and complete tasks within timelines. • Prior internship, certification or exposure to digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics or ad operations is good to have, but not mandatory. Mandatory Skillsets • Learning Orientation: Curiosity to understand campaign setup, ad delivery, reporting, optimization and troubleshooting. • Data and Reporting Basics: Ability to work with spreadsheets, validate data, prepare simple reports and identify obvious inconsistencies. • Process Discipline: Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, naming conventions and QA steps accurately. • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for internal coordination and status updates. • Attention to Detail: Careful review of campaign inputs, targeting details, creatives, trackers and reports.
