Key Responsibilities Conduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and technology teams Document current-state (“As-Is”) workflows and design optimized future-state (“To-Be”) processes Develop BPMN diagrams, process maps, flowcharts, and detailed automation requirement documents Maintain and support prioritization of the automation opportunity backlog Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for automation initiatives Track and report on automation impact metrics, including time savings, error reduction, and cost avoidance Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased automation adoption Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder interviewing and documentation Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a structured requirements backlog Nice to Have Familiarity with BPMN 2.0, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion Conceptual understanding of automation technologies (RPA, API integrations, AI-driven workflows) CBAP, CCBA, or entry-level Business Analysis certification \"We are an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity utilizing hiring practices on merit and business needs.
