This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who is eager to learn how modern technologies lik e Large Language Models (LLM s) an d workflow automation too ls are used to optimize implementation processes in the mortgage technology spac e.In this role, you will assist with building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows, contribute to prompt development and data mapping tasks, and help translate business requirements into technical tasks. You will work closely with the Automation and AI Specialist and gain hands-on experience working on high-impact internal and client-facing initiative s. Key Responsibilit ies:Support the design, testing, and mainten ance of AI- and automation-based solutions used to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (M CP).Assist in creating and optimiz ing workflow automat ions using tools l ike n 8n, Power Auto mate, or Za p ier.Help build and t est LLM pro mpts for tasks such as document parsing, data mapping, and configuration generat ion.Prepare, clean, and structure data for use in automation workflows and AI to ols.Maint ain internal documenta tion, workflows, and code repositories to ensure transparency and reusabil ity.Collaborate with implementation consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and validate outco mes.Monitor and report on the performance of automations and identify opportunities for improvem ent.Stay up to date on automation trends and tools, and propose ideas for new efficienc ies. Required Qualifica tions:Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent practical exper ience.0–2 years of experience in a technical, data, or process automation role (internships or personal projects c ount).Exposu re to workflow automation tools like n8n, Power Automate, or si milar.Basic understandi ng of APIs, JSON, and data f o rmats.Familiarity with AI tools o r LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Ge mini).Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with large dat asets.Some exposu re to Python, JavaScript , .net or scripting is a plus.Strong organizational and problem-solving s kills.Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team enviro nment. Preferred Qualifi cations:Familiari ty with Loan Origination Syste ms (LOS) or fintech systems is a plus.Experience using AI tools for task automation or document summar ization.Understan ding of prompt engineerin g basics.Exposure to agile or project-based work envir onments.
