We have an in-house Architectural Woodwork & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally. We are seeking anexperiencedproject manageratourFt Lauderdaleoffice. Whatyou willdo: Reading ofdocuments and contracts.

Manage multiple projects. Writingsubcontracts. Negotiating and awarding subcontracts.

Reviewing/preparingsubcontractorsscope of work. Develop andmaintainschedules using Microsoft Project. Attend meetings and prepare minutes.

Assistinestimatingprocess. Review/prepare change orders. Develop/track submittals, RFIs and cost reports.

Maintain owner relations. What you will need to be successful: Minimum offive(5) +years experience inmanaging multiple retail commercial projectsvalued at$5 millionand up. Excellent communication skills.

Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Must havetiltexperience. Computer Skills Required Microsoft ProjectandMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to create materialtake-offs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Marketing and presentation skills.

Shouldbe highly organized, highlymotivatedand adetail directedproblem solver. College degreeina construction/engineering fieldpreferred, butnotrequired. Knowledge ofsouthFlorida construction market is preferred.
