In this role, you'll maintain accurate general ledger entries and support compliance with accounting standards and policies. Working as part of the Accounting team, you will report to the Regional Accounting Manager and ensure the integrity of financial records.

Your work will involve month-end close processes, audit support, and enhancing financial strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Review and prepare monthly financial reconciliations • Collaborate on tax-related processes and compliance • Support the implementation of ERP system enhancements • Conduct financial reviews and support decision-making • Provide guidance to less experienced accounting staff Requirements: • Accounting degree with CPA designation is preferred • Minimum of 3–6 years of accounting experience • In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS compliance • Expertise in financial reporting tools and software • Excellent presentation skills for senior leadership Contribute to financial integrity and help shape the future at O'Dell HVAC Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
