Role Description We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process at SHENOY JEWELLERY. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, optimizing processes, and coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to meet production timelines. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, implementing innovative manufacturing techniques, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications Proficiency in jewellery production processes, techniques, and materials Ability to oversee and manage production teams to meet deadlines Strong understanding of quality assurance and control in manufacturing Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination Problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of industry standards and trends in jewellery design and production Bachelor’s degree in jewellery design, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools (a plus) Prior experience in a managerial role within the jewellery industry is an advantage
