Java Technical Specialist – Remote

Job Title: Java Technical Specialist – Remote Work Mode:

Fully Remote Schedule: Flexible (5–40 hours per week, based on project availability)

Role Overview We are hiring for one of our clients to support AI development initiatives by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI-generated software code. In this role, you will analyze code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, and provide structured feedback to help enhance AI system performance. This is a flexible, remote opportunity well-suited for software engineers seeking project-based, asynchronous work. Key Responsibilities

Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responses Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as required Contribute to multiple projects based on skills, experience, and availability Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++ Spanish proficiency required for job-related tasks; English proficiency preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form
