Java Developer with Cloud (Pennington)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Java Developer Secondary: Cloud Technology Experience: Minimum 10 years Roles & Responsibilities Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field. Java Developer with strong Cloud experience to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java-based backend development, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps practices. · Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using modern frameworks · Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS / Azure / GCP · Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot / Spring Cloud · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and DevOps · Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments · Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability · Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues · Follow coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews · Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and best practices Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills · Experience in BFSI · Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.) · Knowledge of event-driven architectures · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies · Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
