Java Developer (Data-Focused) – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | Plano, TX Up to $90,000 We’re working with an established organization in Plano that is looking to bring on a strong Java Developer with advanced SQL and data extraction skills . This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week . This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment , with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing Developing and maintaining Java-based applications that support core business processes Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting Supporting recurring data operations, batch processes, and system updates Troubleshooting data discrepancies and improving data quality across systems Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate outputs What They’re Looking For Strong, hands-on Java development experience Advanced SQL skills (data extraction, manipulation, performance tuning) Experience working with structured, repeatable workflows or batch-driven systems High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend processes and queries Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment Important to Know This role involves a high degree of repetition and process-driven work .
