We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer who can take ownership of backend systems, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality, production-ready code. This role is suited for someone technically solid, proactive, and capable of stepping into leadership responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA. Design multi-module architectures, reusable services, and scalable microservice components. Build and optimize REST APIs, data pipelines, search modules, and integration workflows.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL/PostgreSQL & Elasticsearch. Implement search, filters, sorting, batch processing, and high-volume data operations. Create export utilities (CSV/Excel/PDF) using tools like Apache POI, IText.

Improve performance through query optimization, indexing, caching, and system tuning. Build secure backend modules including RBAC, authentication/authorization. Troubleshoot production issues, maintain clean code, and conduct code reviews.

Collaborate with BA, QA, UI teams in an Agile development environment.
