IT Support Engineer Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire We are a growing Managed Service Provider supporting clients across multiple industries and are seeking an IT Support Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, direct client interaction, and the fast pace of an MSP environment. What You'll Do Provide technical support across multiple client environments, both remotely and onsite Troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoint, and connectivity issues Act as a client-facing technical resource with clear, professional communication Accurately document work and manage tickets using MSP best practices Assist with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong foundational IT support experience, including desktop and endpoint support Comfort working directly with clients and managing priorities across environments Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common business applications Organized, accountable, and eager to learn Prior MSP or client-facing IT experience preferred Why This Role Exposure to a variety of technologies and client environments Opportunity for technical growth and long-term career progression Collaborative, team-based MSP culture with real ownership and autonomy Candidates must be local to the Nashville area and able to work in a hybrid environment.
