IT Solution Engineer

We're looking for an experienced IT Solution Engineer who is passionate about automation, modern architectures, and smart enterprise systems. This role is part of a growing global technology team supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions. About the Role As a IT Solution Engineer, you will design and develop secure, scalable, and automation-focused solutions that connect systems, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to bring modern automation and AI-enabled capabilities into production environments. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Delivery •Create end-to-end technical designs for automation and workflow-driven systems. •Build integration layers, backend components, and reusable modules to support scalable solutions. •Experiment with new technologies through prototypes and concept validations. •Ensure all solutions adhere to strong security principles, data-handling rules, and enterprise standards. Automation & AI Enablement •Incorporate automation, analytics, and AI-driven logic into business processes. •Collaborate with data and engineering teams to embed intelligence into workflows. •Identify opportunities to simplify or digitize processes using modern tools and platforms. Governance, Documentation & Collaboration •Contribute to governance frameworks by applying best practices in risk, quality, and compliance. •Maintain documentation for solution architecture, deployment, and operational procedures. •Facilitate technical discussions with global teams and ensure requirements are clearly translated into deliverables. What We're Looking For • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, automation development, or enterprise systems integration. •Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (preferably Azure ) and secure integration patterns. •Proficiency in Python, C#, and REST API development. •Familiarity with AI/GenAI technologies and enthusiasm for emerging tech. •Strong understanding of modern security frameworks and identity-based architectures . •Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and distributed applications. •Strong communication skills and the ability to work in globally distributed teams. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. Work Model & Schedule (Mandatory) Hybrid policy: 4 days/week in the office + 1 day/week remote Location: Mumbai or Pune office Schedule: Monday–Friday 08:00–09:00 till 17:00–18:00 (1h lunch break) These conditions are non-negotiable and are part of the company’s standard working model.

Language Requirements • English proficiency at all levels (spoken, written, reading) is mandatory. Compensation Maximum total annual compensation: INR 4,370,000.00 (This includes the target bonus.)
