Job Description Job Title: IT Sales Associate - AI Products Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview This is a technical, research-driven sales role , not a high-volume calling job. You will work closely with the founders and product teams to: Identify high-potential companies and use-cases for AI adoption Build targeted lead pipelines using structured research Design go-to-market and outreach strategies for AI products The role requires someone who can connect technology with business problems , understand where AI fits, and translate that into meaningful sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify companies and industries where solutions like LLMs, automation, computer vision, or AI agents can create measurable value Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on product use-cases Build targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Crunchbase Map decision-makers (CXO, Head of Ops, Product, Tech, etc.) and buying committees Design and execute personalized outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, multi-touch campaigns) Track and manage leads, outreach, and pipeline using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho CRM Maintain clean, structured datasets using Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion through experimentation Work with internal teams to align product positioning with market needs Requirements 0โ1 year experience OR strong demonstrated interest in AI / SaaS / technical sales Ability to understand technical concepts (AI, automation, SaaS) and map them to business use-cases Strong research and problem-solving skills (ability to figure things out independently) Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and data handling Clear, structured communication (especially written outreach) Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and iterate strategies Requirements 0โ1 year experience OR strong demonstrated interest in AI / SaaS / technical sales Ability to understand technical concepts (AI, automation, SaaS) and map them to business use-cases Strong research and problem-solving skills (ability to figure things out independently) Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and data handling Clear, structured communication (especially written outreach) Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and iterate strategies
