What Youâll Do As an IT Project Manager, youâll lead enterpriseâwide, crossâfunctional initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Youâll partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver complex programs that improve how we serve clients, operate at scale, and enable innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of initiatives â from launching new products and services to leading largeâscale technology, integration, and process transformation efforts â all while making a measurable impact. Responsibilities Lead endâtoâend delivery of strategic initiatives, including business, operational, and technology outcomes.
Define project scope, success metrics, and delivery plans with clear alignment to business value. Manage medium to largeâscale, crossâfunctional projects involving multiple internal teams and external partners. Own all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and closeout.
Proactively manage scope, timeline, cost, and quality to ensure commitments are met. Develop, validate, and track financial forecasts, budgets, and resource plans. Partner with resource managers to forecast capacity and reconcile planned vs. actual effort.
Establish and monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies. Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans and provide clear, consistent status reporting. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, driving timely resolution.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support Agile delivery and milestones. Build strong, collaborative team environments that enable effective execution. Facilitate problemâsolving, navigate stakeholder alignment, and resolve conflict constructively.
Coach and mentor team members, helping remove obstacles and accelerate progress. What You Are Good At Building trusted partnerships and strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders. Navigating complex, matrixed organizations with confidence and collaboration.
Communicating clearly and effectively with audiences at all levels, both written and verbal. Applying sound business judgment and technical understanding to decisionâmaking. Staying focused and adaptable in fastâpaced, evolving environments.
Understanding crossâfunctional dependencies and their impact on delivery. Using financial data, tools, and systems to support informed project decisions. Applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Analyzing problems, thinking critically, and driving practical solutions. Executing effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities. Required Qualifications 5â8 years of project management experience leading multiple medium to large, complex, crossâfunctional initiatives in product, systems, or technical environments. 5â8 years of experience using project management tools and artifacts such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, budgets, change requests, and status reporting.
Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction, and manage conflict with professionalism and empathy. Proven ability to quickly build credibility and earn trust with sponsors and key stakeholders. Handsâon experience delivering complex projects from concept through completion.
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience. Generative Artificial Intelligence experience is required for this role. Preferred Skills Experience within the financial services industry.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum delivery models. PMP or PMIâACP certification. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fullâtime basis without employer sponsorship.
