IT Lead Consultant | Reactive Programming | ReactJS

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Lead Consultant with expertise in ReactJS and Reactive Programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong front‑end development background, experience with modern UI/UX design tools, and proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript. This role requires hands‑on development, design, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement wireframes and Sketch designs. Build and optimize front‑end components for performance and usability.

Work with Node.js/npm to manage backend integration and application workflows. Apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Leverage modern development tools and frameworks to implement scalable solutions.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging complex issues. Required Technical Skills ReactJS – 2-5 years TypeScript – 2-5 years JavaScript – 2-5 years HTML & CSS – 2-5 years Node.js / npm – 2-5 years Sketch & Wireframing – 2-5 years Nice-to-Have Skills GenAI, MCP, or Agent integration experience Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in front‑end development with ReactJS and related technologies. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
