It Business Analyst (Longueuil)

Mission Reporting to a senior leader, you will partner with operational and IT teams to analyze, document and translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will contribute to project planning, solution implementation and progress tracking while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.

Recommend solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Model, analyze and optimize business processes to improve organizational efficiency. Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment throughout the development cycle.

Participate in project planning, including priorities, timelines, risks and deliverables. Plan and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing. Support solution deployment and guide users through change management.

Provide advanced functional support and assist in resolving complex issues. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation. Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure consistent solution delivery. Participate in meetings and committees as required. Perform any related tasks that contribute to the success of the department and organizational projects.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (workflow finance). Intermediate understanding of information systems (industry experience is a strong asset). Ability to understand technology solutions without needing to program.

Robust skills in planning, coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. Excellent analytical abilities and synthesis skills. Robust communication skills in English and French.

Organizational rigor, attention to detail and effective priority management. Curiosity, proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration (Information Systems) or a related field.
