IT Business Analyst

We require the ability to act as a point of clarification during development and testing cycles. Responsibilities We elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for the PMP programme. We engage with operational and enabling stakeholders to gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements.

We translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. We ensure requirements are documented accurately, clearly, and to agreed PMP standards. We support testing and acceptance activities by validating delivered solutions against approved business requirements.

We assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), clarifying acceptance criteria and supporting issue resolution. We maintain traceability between requirements, delivered solutions, and expected benefits. We support assurance and governance activity by ensuring documentation and evidence are audit-ready.

We work closely with operational teams, project managers, product managers, developers, testers, and IT business partners to ensure requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented. We support prioritisation of requirements in line with PMP objectives, constraints, risks, and dependencies. We act as a point of clarification during development and testing cycles, resolving requirement queries.

Technologies Support More We are hiring a Business Analyst for the PMP programme. In this role, we focus on ensuring solutions address operational needs and deliver measurable improvements. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Developers, Testers, Project Managers, IT Business Partners, Operational Managers, and the Quality Manager, as well as external client project delivery teams and third-party suppliers where required.
