IT Analyst for EllisDon Operations

Join EllisDon as an IT Analyst, providing essential support for technology and infrastructure within the organization. Your expertise in troubleshooting and customer service will enhance operational performance. This in-office role requires a post-secondary degree and at least 4 years of IT support experience.

You will manage support for hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring availability of jobsite network infrastructure. Acting as a champion for Digital & Data Engineering, you will also handle project management tasks such as coordinating new technology implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide level 1-2.5 support for IT issues • Manage mobile devices, PCs, and network infrastructure • Ensure 24/7 network availability and performance • Undertake project management and vendor coordination • Maintain ServiceNow records and documentation Requirements: • 4+ years of IT support experience • Post-secondary degree/diploma in IT field • Secret Level 2 security clearance • Relevant industry certifications preferred • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet Bring your IT support expertise to enhance EllisDon's technology operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
