We're Hiring: International Growth Manager Location: Chromepet, Chennai (On-site) Experience: 2-5 Years At Hueance, we help businesses get unlimited creative support through a simple monthly subscription model. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations and building systems that drive growth. This is not a typical sales role.
You will work directly with the founders to build our outbound engine, generate qualified opportunities and help us expand into the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand markets. What you'll be doing: • Finding and researching potential clients • Running LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns • Managing and improving our lead generation process • Building prospect lists using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Tracking conversations and opportunities in the CRM • Booking meetings with founders, marketing leaders and decision-makers • Testing new ideas and channels to generate business What we're looking for: • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development or growth • Strong written communication skills • Comfortable speaking with international prospects • Familiar with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms • Someone who takes ownership and gets things done without constant follow-up Bonus points if you've worked with: • Creative agencies • Marketing agencies • Subscription-based services • International B2B clients What you'll get: • Direct exposure to building a global service business • Freedom to experiment and implement your ideas • Fast learning environment • Performance-based incentives on top of salary If this sounds like you, send your resume to or drop us a message.
