Your own team. Manage your own patient panel in a faculty-resident Patient Centered Medical Home — with a clinical pharmacist, behavioral psychologist, and case manager already in place Precept residents in primary care continuity clinic Attend on an inpatient resident ward team using an interdisciplinary bedside rounding model, working alongside OHSU and regional medical students Education & Leadership (0.44 FTE) Real protected time to grow as an educator. Teach, evaluate, and mentor residents; participate in intern recruitment and interviews Develop conference lectures and curriculum Guide resident QI projects and scholarly work in medical education Partner with GME and residency leadership on program vision and innovation What We Value: We measure faculty success by clinical excellence and the quality of teaching — not publication counts.
