The team focuses on projects involving the integration of advanced agentic AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows, enabling seamless interaction between autonomous and agent-based AI solutions and enterprise infrastructure, and contributing to cuttingāedge initiatives in the agentic AI domain. We are looking for a candidate for our Professional Services Team who excels in designing LLMābased and agentic systems, is proficient with AIāassisted tools, and desires to develop more in this area. IF YOU ARE Qualified with a bachelorās degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Adept at designing and building agentic and LLMābased systems Knowledgeable in using AIāassisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar Adept at backend software development, using any modern programming language: Python, Java, C/C++, Node.js, .NET Experienced in system integration, technical migrations, and APIādriven architectures Skilled in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Accustomed to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies Capable of scripting for automation and debugging complex systems AND YOU WANT TO Design, develop, and execute software integrations between agentic AI tools and enterprise systems Manage system migrations and troubleshoot complex integration challenges Develop automated scripts and pipelines to support integration and performance Enhance communication protocols between AI agents and both legacy and cloudānative systems Identify and resolve performance or behavioral issues in AI agents Review, test, and debug AIāgenerated code and configuration artifacts Collaborate with engineers and AI experts to optimize agent performance Provide handsāon support for AI agent integration and maintain technical documentation and best practices TOGETHER WE WILL Collaborate across engineering, AI, and business teams to accelerate innovation and impact in enterprise AI adoption Be Game Changers who represent our best talent, top contributors, and creative minds in the annual SoftServe Awards Work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environment Create an exceptional customer experience, impact the company's global success, and be recognized by the Customer Hero Program Boost leadership skills with managerial competencies through leadership development programs that enable emerging and mature leaders to deliver more value Gain performanceābased bonuses and incentives SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
