Integration Analyst Core Banking Integration Analyst - Core Banking Transformation (Payments, Trade, Lending, GL, Markets) Responsibilities: Analyze integration requirements across Payments, Trade, Lending, GL, and Markets Design integrations for RTGS, SWIFT, Cards, and real-time payment systems Support integrations for LC, Guarantees, Collections lifecycle Integrate loan origination, servicing, disbursement and repayment systems Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliation, and financial postings Integrate treasury systems (e.g., Murex) for trades, risk, and P&L feeds Define REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, and file integrations Develop source-to-target mapping and transformation logic Coordinate ESB, API Gateway, and iPaaS integration layers Support SIT and end-to-end testing across all domains Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve defects Monitor SLAs, throughput, and latency Ensure OAuth2, SSL, and compliance with payment regulations Support go-live and hypercare activities Deliverables: Integration Requirement Specification (IRS) per domain ICD, API specifications, ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX schema End-to-end flows for payments, trade, lending, GL, and market Source-to-target mapping and transformation rule Integration and system interaction diagram SIT/E2E test cases, defect logs, validation report Performance reports, SLA tracking, error log Security architecture and compliance documentation Cutover plans and go-live readiness report RTM, change logs, version control documentation Runbooks and troubleshooting guide Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Finance or related field 5+ years in banking integration, core banking transformation preferred Strong knowledge of Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Treasury/Markets Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, ESB, microservice Understanding of ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX, RTGS, SEPA, Cards Experience with LC, Guarantees, Collections lifecycle Understanding of loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment Strong accounting fundamentals, GL posting and reconciliation Familiarity with treasury systems like Murex, trade lifecycle, risk and P& SQL, data mapping, transformation, and large data handling JIRA, Confluence, Postman, SoapUI, Swagger OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, banking compliance (AML, KYC) Experience in SIT, E2E testing, defect management Analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving
