Responsibilities include: Quoting and selling Auto, Home, Renters, Life insurance, and more Converting leads into new policies Following up with prospects and quoted leads Building referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and local professionals Using CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups Success in this role comes from discipline, activity, and consistent improvement. Requirements Property & Casualty License (required before start date) Life & Health License within the first 6 months Strong communication skills High work ethic and reliability Coachable and motivated attitude Sales experience is helpful but drive and discipline matter more than experience.
