JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Executive β Institution Business Location/Site: Mulund Job Grade: 13/1B Compensation Range: 3-5 LPA Department/Division/ Unit: Institution Business REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Head β Institution Business Supervises: NA JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES: β’ Preparation of Tenders and Rate contracts β’ Preparation of Authority letters, Agreements, Clarifications etc. β’ Handling Post tender queries β’ Doing constant follow up with concern Zonal/Area in-charge and authority β’ Preparation of Price List and Rate approval format every month β’ Circulation of Price List in collaboration with various stakeholders as to exact manufacturer name manufacturing location and all other relevant parameters required for bidding. β’ Preparing new Quotations β’ Giving Rates approvals to institutes and corporate hospitals as per approval matrix β’ Making Purchase orders & Giving rate approvals on orders received JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Skill, Education, Experience β’ Minimum 1 to 3 yearsβ of experience in similar role with similar or reputed pharmaceutical companies participating in various tenders. Should have knowledge of tendering, computer skill (MS Office). Needs patience to work occasionally long hours with accuracy, focus and dedication.
Needs attitude to own responsibility for finishing tenders in time and understand sense of urgency and business need. β’ Exposure to E-tendering and knowledge to configure the system as per portal requirements in coordination with IT team and Portal Help Desk is a must.
