The Role This is a high-impact Inside Sales position focused on high-volume outbound calling and demo conversions. You will be the primary voice of the brand, educating customers on a model that allows them to experience products at home before purchasing. Key Responsibilities Outbound Engagement: Execute 150β200 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
Drive Conversions: Work towards aggressive targets, aiming for a minimum of 30 booked demos per month . Resource Coordination: Allocate booked demos to field specialists across geographical zones and ensure optimal resource utilization. Full-Cycle Follow-up: Use WhatsApp and calls to handle objections, ensure demo completion, and close leads.
Data Management: Maintain rigorous records of call logs and conversion metrics in the CRM. Who You Are Experienced: 1β3 years in inside sales, telesales, or high-volume calling environments. Multilingual: Fluent in English and Hindi (fluency in Kannada is preferred).
