Job Description
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.) Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit Has the ability to strike cold conversations and convert them into anything meaningful / Fierce Networker Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation and pipeline development Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence Qualifications: 3–5 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferably in IT or technology sales) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) A basic understanding of IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
