Job Description
Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels Reach out to potential clients and pitch IT support services (remote support, troubleshooting, network setup, AMC packages, etc.) Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions Schedule calls/meetings and coordinate with technical teams when required Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers Maintain CRM updates and track daily sales activities Requirements 1โ4 years of experience in IT services sales / technical sales / support sales Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) Experience in cold calling and handling international clients Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (desktops, networks, troubleshooting) Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions Preferred Background Experience in selling IT support services, AMC, networking, or hardware solutions Exposure to UAE / US / UK markets Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
