Job Description Job Description Infant Mental Health (IMH) / Home‑Based Clinician Newaygo County Mental Health – White Cloud, MI Newaygo County Mental Health is seeking a specialized Infant Mental Health (IMH) / Home‑Based Clinician to provide intensive, relationship‑focused services to infants, young children, and their families. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about early childhood development, attachment, trauma‑informed care, and supporting families directly in their homes. What You’ll Do Provide home‑based screenings, assessments, and therapeutic services for children ages 0–17, with a focus on infants and toddlers (0–3). Support parent‑child attachment , early development, and healthy family functioning. Deliver short‑term counseling (individual, family, and group) using trauma‑informed, relationship‑based approaches. Help families access essential community resources (housing, medical care, transportation, financial supports). Coordinate care with schools, DHS, courts, and community partners. Support families in achieving developmental milestones and maintaining stability in the home. What You Need Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Michigan licensure (LLP, LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT) IMH Endorsement (MI‑AIMH) preferred , or willingness to pursue endorsement Knowledge of infant development, attachment, trauma, and family systems Valid Michigan driver’s license Pay & Benefits Salary: $59,469–$77182 based on licensure & experience Exceptional health benefits (agency‑paid premiums + HSA contributions) More than 5 weeks of paid leave your first year Flexible scheduling and strong work‑life balance Paid training & certifications (EMDR, DBT, TF‑CBT, CAADC) Loan repayment options (NHSC, PSLF, MSLRP) On‑site licensure supervision + specialized IMH support Why Join Us?
