Industrial Analyst / Senior Analyst

Due to expansion, they are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join their market leading industrial investment team. They have an exceptional client list and understanding on the UK market and client service is second to none.

Role & Responsibilities Joining one of the leading industrial investment teams in the market, working with institutional grade properties on market leading transactions To support the Partners and wider team on all analytical roles and aspects of client reporting and transactional work on live sales and acquisitions There will be a particular focus on building and interrogating business plan assumptions and DCFs in both excel and in utilising external modelling software Research / Data Processing – maintaining databases and utilising in house data and external programs to support client advice, underwriting, reporting and IC requirements AI – using AI tools to innovate our client offer, prepare market research and highlight data trends What we are looking for Analyst who has a strong understanding of cash flow modelling in excel and analytics 2-4 years of industry experience Excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic Experience and/or interest in the industrial sector Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Real estate, maths, finance, economics degree, MRICS is not essential This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful and profitable business with an outstanding client base.
