Sales Representative This is a full‑time outside sales position where your role will be to develop relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners.

You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre‑qualification process—setting you up for success from the start. Your primary focus will be on in‑home presentations and closing sales .

We handle everything else, from order processing to post‑sale support. Primary Responsibilities Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad Participate in ongoing weekly sales training Design bath solutions using our software Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis Qualifications Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented Ability to work independently Outgoing and comfortable in social settingsPrevious in‑home sales experience preferred Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or bath remodeling or home improvement industry strong plus Salary and Benefits $100,000+ first‑year earning potential for committed team members Industry‑leading training from start to close We’d love to hear from you—apply today!
