Job Description Job Description Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems) Encore Mechanical, LLC – Southlake, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth Area) Encore Mechanical, LLC is a trusted leader in commercial HVAC, specializing in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump systems. Known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation, we are growing our team and seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to help deliver exceptional results on complex commercial projects. About the Role As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout .

This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating people, processes, and priorities to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to drive on-time, on-budget completion Oversee and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Partner with internal teams on proposal development, procurement, and project planning Track project progress and proactively address issues to maintain standards for quality, cost control, and safety Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Qualifications Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction coordination Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of project documentation, scheduling, and budgeting Familiarity with VRF systems or high-efficiency HVAC technologies is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (equivalent experience considered) Why Join Encore Mechanical?
