HVAC Engineer / Service Engineer

As a HVAC Service Engineer at Emtec Climate Solutions, youll be responsible for keeping our customers HVAC systems performing at their best. From preventative maintenance to urgent breakdown responses, youll work across a variety of systems including splits, VRV/F, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs and close control units. Youll be part of a growing, technically skilled team, with the tools, training, and support to deliver a high-quality service that keeps our customers coming back.

This is a field based role across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Greater Liverpool, and may require occasional overnight stays across nationwide locations. This position also requires an Enhanced DBS check to be completed. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems including splits, VRV/VRF, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs and close control units Complete leak checks, performance inspections and required service documentation Provide recommendations to improve system reliability and performance Travel to sites nationwide, with occasional overnight stays 3+ years experience in commercial servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems, including AC, VRV/F, AHUs and chillers ~ Familiarity with planned maintenance systems and digital job management tools ~ A basic understanding of electrics and controls would be advantageous, however full training will be provided Possession of a valid CSCS card Full UK driving licence F-Gas Category 1qualification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning CITB Pipework and Brazing Overtime opportunities ~25 days annual leave + bank holidays ~ Health cash plan and death in service ~ Company pension scheme ~ Company vehicle, fuel card and all tools/equipment provided ~ Tablet/laptop and digital systems for job management Emtec Climate Solutions is a growing HVAC specialist based in Warrington, delivering service, maintenance, and installation solutions to clients across the UK.
