Role- HR Executive Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities :1. Recruitment :a) Working closely with the school management team to ascertain that the required levels o fmanpower for that academic year .b) Ensuring that all vacant positions except leadership positions are filled at the school level with the right fit candidate .c) Ensure that a robust candidate pipeline is maintained. Grows and conserves network of contact sto help identify and source qualified candidates. Leverages on-line recruiting resources; employe ereferrals; network referrals; etc. to identify and recruit “best in class” talent .d) Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to compete in marke tand within industry .e) Facilitates process of candidate selection, interviewing, administrating tests, salary negotiation sand job offer .f) Ensures budgets are adhered t o 2. On-boarding and HR Operation s:a) Planning employee induction and employee orientation programs and inducting and orienting t henew joiners into the school cultur e.b) Co-ordinating with AM - HR Operations to ensure that all joining formalities are complete d.c) Maintaining employee’s databases in HR MSd) Planning and processing of attendance on timely basi s.e) Provide HR policy guidanc e.f) Timely processing of payroll and exit s. 3. Employee Engageme nt:a) Designing school specific employee engagement initiatives, programmes and HR Interventi onsafter discussing with the school teams which will be derived from the iSpeak Survey run byGall up.b) Implementing organizational level HR initiatives which are specific to the audience targeted such as iSpeak (Gallup Q12 Survey), iDrive (PMS), JBCN STARS (R&R), LEAD programme, e tc.c) This will help in driving and further enhancing the levels of employee engagement for t hatparticular school/un it.d) Support in developing and maintaining brand ima ge. 4. Talent Managem ent:a) Leading implementation of talent management initiatives at the school le vel.b) Along with Managers, plan the succession pipeline for key posit ionsc) Along with managers, create development plans for emplo yeesd) Identify behavioural training requirements for emplo yeese) Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strat egy. 5. Performance Manage ment:a) Leading performance management & appraisal pr ocessb) Ensuring that the conversations with the assessors and the assesses are completed withi n thetimelines assigned for the appraisal reviews and discuss ions.c) Ensure that all assessments are completed on timed) Identify training needs for teams and individuals from the feedback obtained during the appraisal rev iews.e) Develop a plan to implement the requirements to design the training calen dars.f) Work with Principal and Heads to allocate incre ments 6. Attrition Manag ement:a) Conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending ch anges.b) Plan and execute interventions, fun at work activities, other programmes to reduce att rition 7.

Grievance Redressal and Co aching:a) Partners with section heads in managing day to day people issuesb) Resolve complex employee relations issues and address gri evancesc) Understands pulse of the team and suggests HR interventions on timel y basisd) Managing day-to-day employee relations issues and grievances and conflict manage ment byworking closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, b uildingmorale, increase in productivity and re tentione) Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and sectio n headsf) Handling employee grievances & conflict management through various communication c hannelsg) Identifying the core issues and its solutions related to HR dep artment8. Other acti vities:a) Participates in and or undertakes projects as delegated by H ead HR.b) Supporting organisational change pro cesses.c) Performs any other duties as may be required from time to time..
