Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training programs. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

The manager will act as a key advisor to leadership on people-related strategies and organizational development. Qualifications Strong knowledge of employee recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution Proficiency in developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR records Skills in organizational development and fostering employee engagement Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality Familiarity with HR software systems and proficient in MS Office applications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus) Prior experience of 5+ years in Human Resources management or a related position
