Job Description Job Description โ€“ Payroll Manager Position: Payroll Manager Location: Kolkata Salary: Up to โ‚น70,000 per month Experience: 9+ Years (Mandatory) Education: MBA (Mandatory) Gender Preference: Male Preferred Industry: Infrastructure, Construction, Steel Manufacturing, Metal & Mining, Railway, Industrial Equipment Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee payroll administration across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.

Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll-related activities. Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

Maintain payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality. Resolve payroll-related employee queries and drive process improvements.
