Job Description
Responsibilities: β Ensure proper utilization of 4M & make gap analysis report for any losses. β Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines β Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines β Manpower planning and shift schedule preparation. β Monthly and Daily Production review and gap analysis report preparation with counteraction of losses. β Shop floor cost optimization, Multiskilling of operators, Poka-Yoke implementation, WIP & inventory management, Follow up with concerned departments. β Cycle time study and optimization for line balancing. β Production planning to achieve monthly target with maximum efficiency. β Preparation and validation of shop floor documents as per ISO & internal standards. β Supervising and managing the work of junior staff & empower them to create a leadership environment. β Preparation of weekly and monthly PQCDSM data for management review & make improvement plan to maintain & improve the trends as per the defined targets. β Take effective counteractions for any identified defects & horizontally deploy at other lines as well. β Rejection analysis and take preventive and corrective actions to reduce & avoid repeatability of rejection. β Inventory management of RM, WIP, SFG and FG & update the status of same in daily production review. β Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required. Technical Skills: β Experience in SMT (Fuji), AOI (Koh-young) and Through-Hole assembly manufacturing. β Expertise in manufacturing processes of electronics & mechanical parts related to IoT products. β Technically strong in electronics manufacturing, soldering knowledge, IPC 610, Rework process. Soft skills: β Strong work experience and exposure to IoT Product and SAP. β Programming knowledge of Fuji, Koh-young, Reflow profile. β Ready to work in an agile environment and proactive approach Job Title: Engineer Company: Rapidise Technology Private limited Department SMT, Production Job Location: Gurgaon, India Relevant Experience Required 2-5 Years No. of Vacancies 1 Annual CTC Range in Rs.
