Position Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk / Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in both client experience and sales. This role is responsible for managing appointments, communicating with clients, and actively driving revenue through bookings, consultations, and package conversions.

Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients Manage incoming calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely manner Convert inquiries into booked appointments and treatment packages Recommend and upsell services and skincare products Build relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term loyalty Collaborate with providers to maximize each clients visit and treatment plan Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and reschedules Follow up with leads and maintain consistent client communication Requirements: Minimum 3 years of front desk and sales experience required (med spa experience preferred) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Confidence in recommending services and closing sales Must be highly driven, motivated, and a self-starter who takes ownership of performance and results Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, including the use of polished and appropriate language at all times Must be polished, professional, and able to confidently build relationships with high-end clientele while maintaining an elevated client experience Ability to multitask and remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure Proficient with phone systems and scheduling software Knowledge of med spa services and terminology preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to consistently bring in a minimum of 2 new clients per week through outreach, referrals, and follow-up Compensation: Hourly pay: $19$27 (based on experience) Commission is provided based on individual sales performance Additional incentives available for package and high-ticket sales Strong earning potential for high performers Performance Expectations: This is a sales-driven role. Team members are expected to consistently contribute to daily and weekly revenue goals through bookings, consultations, upselling, package sales, and client growth.
