Healthcare Placement & Industry Relations Manager (Hybrid – Kerala) IHAD-One™ (Integrated Healthcare Administration & Documentation) is looking for a dynamic professional to build industry partnerships and create career opportunities for our students across Kerala. Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, insurance TPAs, healthcare BPOs, and allied employers. Generate internship and placement opportunities for students. Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and employer engagement activities. Promote the value and employability of IHAD-One graduates. Maintain employer partnerships and placement records. Preferred Background: Healthcare HR, Hospital Administration, Recruitment, Placement, Business Development, or Healthcare Operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA/MHA/HR preferred). Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel across Kerala when required.
