What You’ll Do Lead a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation. Grow the team from 10 to 30 members quickly. Oversee and create the timeline of both the development and testing phases to meet commercial commitments.

Coordinate the integration of hardware, electrical, and software elements, fostering effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. Implement agile working practices within the team to enhance productivity and collaboration, ideally using Scrum sprints and epics. Balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution, driving projects from conception to scale.

Groom existing partnerships and create collaboration with suppliers to streamline development.Present technological developments to customers and inventors. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, fostering a culture of self‑learning and professional growth within the team. Demonstrated experience in agile project management. Ability to move between strategy and hands‑on engineering. Experience leading small engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects end‑to‑end.

Exceptional emotional intelligence with strong team‑management skills. Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
