We're a PropMedia company building the demand engine for cross-border real estate. $1M ARR, 100K+ verified buyers, 500+ active agents, 50+ developer partners, $1B+ in listings — all in our first chapter. We are currently scaling the platform that powers it. This role is for the engineer who wants to own that platform end-to-end.

The Role You'll be the technical leader of Propkee — reporting directly to the founders, owning everything from architecture decisions to the team you build. Our stack today spans buyer-intent intelligence (REIS scoring), agent and developer tooling, demand-gen automation, content/creator infrastructure, and event tech. There's a lot to build, and you'll decide what gets built first.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You'll write code, ship features, set the bar — and then hire the team that raises it. What you'll own Architecture & velocity.

Embed LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation into core workflows — buyer matching, lead enrichment, content generation, agent productivity. We don't bolt AI on. We build with it. 0-to-1 product builds.

Take fuzzy founder briefs and turn them into shipped products in weeks, not quarters. Prototype in days, harden what works, kill what doesn't. Team.

Hire and lead a small, dense engineering team in Mumbai. We optimise for taste and slope, not headcount. Platform reliability.

What we're looking for 5–10 years building software, with at least 2–3 years leading engineers. Title matters less than slope. You've shipped products from zero to one.

Not maintained. Not scaled someone else's. Built.

AI-native. You use LLMs daily — for code, for product, for thinking. You have strong opinions on what's hype and what's leverage.

Comfortable across the stack. Backend, frontend, infra, data — you don't need to be the best at all of them, but you can hold your own anywhere. You prototype fast.

Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Supabase, Vercel — whatever gets you from idea to working software in a day. You've worked at a startup before, ideally pre-Series A. You know what 'no' looks like and how to keep going.

Bonus: experience with real estate, marketplaces, ad-tech, or consumer fintech. The vibe We're young, fast, and direct. We don't write status updates, we ship.
