Job Description
We are seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer (GTME) to join our team and help bridge the gap between product, sales, marketing, and customer success. The GTME will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable GTM processes, leveraging automation, data, and AI workflows to drive efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts technical problem solver and strategic operator.
Responsibilities Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and optimize go-to-market workflows. Build and manage automation across CRM, outreach, and analytics tools. Implement and maintain integrations between GTM platforms (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, Clay, etc.).
Use data analysis to provide insights into pipeline health, campaign performance, and customer journey optimization. Support new product launches by aligning technical setup with GTM strategy. Continuously evaluate and improve GTM tools, tech stack, and processes.
Qualifications Strong understanding of go-to-market motions (sales, marketing, customer success). Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Technical skills (SQL, APIs, or scripting) are a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
