We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager with 3โ€“7 years of experience to drive user growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention for our lending portfolio, including secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loans. This role requires strong ownership of the user lifecycle, funnel performance, and CRM-led growth initiatives, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. The candidate should be good in identifying various cohorts and Business opportunity from various channels to deliver Revenue and profitability targets.

The role requires to have full ownership of the Business growth nos. and should have experience in managing and improving top and bottom line both. Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate degree or MBA Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Lending and Growth Management. Preferred experience in driving growth for secured and unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loan products.

Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle management in the financial services domain. Prior experience in Finance, Capital Markets, Stock Market, Trading, Investing, or FinTech organizations will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth across secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loan products across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Own end-to-end funnel performance โ€” identify drop-offs, analyse user behaviour, and implement optimizations to improve conversion. Collaborate and coordinate with Lenders and other channel partners to drive revenue targets. Manage lifecycle communication across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS, and Push using CRM platforms like CleverTap/MoEngage.

Leverage data and cohort analysis to track performance, generate insights, and drive measurable growth outcomes. Collaborate with performance marketing teams (Google & Meta) to improve acquisition quality and downstream conversions. Plan and execute experiments and A/B tests across journeys and channels.

Maintain strong ownership over reporting accuracy, data interpretation, and growth metrics.
