Job Description: Growth Manager About Mayson: Mayson is an AI-native full-stack software development platform that enables users to build and deploy production-ready applications using natural language. We’re reimagining how software is built—faster, smarter, and without traditional barriers. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can own and drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, and retention.
This role is highly cross-functional—blending product thinking, marketing execution, and data-driven experimentation. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and engineering to scale Mayson’s user base and improve conversion across the funnel. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive user growth metrics (signups, activation, retention, revenue) Design and execute growth experiments across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, communities) Optimize onboarding funnels to improve activation and time-to-value Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels (SEO, performance marketing, dev communities, etc.) Collaborate with product teams to improve product-led growth (PLG) initiatives Build and manage growth dashboards , track KPIs, and derive actionable insights Drive content and distribution strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, developer ecosystems) Explore viral loops, referral programs, and lifecycle campaigns Work closely with founders on 0→1 and 1→10 growth strategies What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or product growth roles (preferably in SaaS/startups) Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and user funnels Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.) Ability to run rapid experiments and iterate based on data Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and content distribution Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action Experience working with early-stage startups is a big plus Interest in AI, developer tools, or SaaS products preferred Good to Have: Experience in developer-focused products or communities Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS, or no-code/low-code tools Experience with growth automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.) Why Join Us: Work directly with founders on core growth strategy Build and scale a cutting-edge AI product from an early stage High ownership and autonomy Fast-paced, high-impact environment Opportunity to define growth for a category-defining product
